It is really clean and cosy, with a comfortable bed and there is even heated floor in the bathroom! There is a microwave, toaster and kattle in the room, but you can also use the washing machine and dryer that is next to the annex. Free private parking. The owners are really nice and they also provided the time schedule for the water taxi that leaves from bay view (3min drive from the room) to the center of queenstown, so you don't need to drive or park there. We strongly recommend!
