Parkview on Hagley overlooks Hagley Park in the centre of Christchurch. This 4-star hotel offers spacious suite-style accommodation, free internet and free parking within walking distance of the CBD. The rooms were well appointed with all the basic and modern amenities. Our room faced the park and the view in the morning from our was amazing. The price for the beautiful room just fitted our pocket. We paid $50 for breakfast at the counter which initially we thought was a lot but the buffet breakfast on the 3rd floor was extensive and the staff serving was lovely but he couldn’t understand english properly.

Exceptional host and friendly staff. As we have a young adult going to UC we will try to stay here every time we come to Christchurch in the next few years :)
