From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by warm and attentive staff members who made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The attentive waitstaff and inviting ambiance added to the overall dining experience. A big shoutout to Mara!!!! She´s the most helpfull concierge I´ve seen in Tulum. I can't wait to go back!

De tilbyr sykler som man kan låne, dette er et fint tilbud for å utforske området på. Rommet vi hadde er romslig og har alt man trenger.

It's such a lively place to stay. Nice rooms, hammocks, pool and sunbeds. Very quiet, cozy, overall I would stay there again. U need scooter, car or taxi to get to the Centre or beaches though.

Offering a rooftop solarium,Azura Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of Tulum where you can find restaurants and shops, and just a 15-minute bike ride from the tropical beach. The room had everything I needed to stay on whatever way I wanted to. Going to the beach, eating outside, or cooking, I just had everything. The receptionist was really nice and gave me tips on where to take breakfast, which beaches to visti and where to rent a bike.

Howlita Hotel Tulum is situated in Tulum town, just 5 minutes driving from Tulum’s Mayan ruins and 5 kms from beautiful white-sand beaches. This hotel met my expectations! Nice location, really close to the food cohort Palma Central, in a calm and quite neighborhood. The hosts were really kind and welcoming! Sabrina served us a nice and tasty breakfast, it was like being at home! I advise it 100%!

Well located in Tulum, KAHATSA' boutique hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a terrace. Everything was great from start to finish. The lady from reception contacted me before I arrived to check on me and see if I needed anything. The rooms are amazing, the shower was the best I had so far, the rooftop pool was great to relax, and the staff was very friendly as well. They gave us some information about what to do and eat etc. I highly recommend if you visit Tulum.
