He is sooo helpful, knowledgeable, kind , sweet and has a very good customer service Zakaria with his patience sort out my phone , helped me to install taxi app . He is a star. Zakaria and staff made me want to return to this hotel again . My son and I felt safe , comfortable and happy here. This hotel is in the perfect location. Easy excess to shops and tramway to take us to the Rabat Medina . Restaurants are nearby for a quick meal . Adil the owner of the restaurant/ cafe ( free wifi ) across this hotel , is another man to give a big clap to.

Set in the Agdal district in Rabat, a 10-minute drive from OLM Souissi Stage of Mawazine Festival, Smarts Hotel Agdal Rabat boasts a terrace and views of the city. This hotel should be proud of the helpful staff they have!! Yassmine (at the front desk) was exemplary with her welcome and assistance with local calls and recommendations. Salma, her colleague was also helpful and experienced speaking perfect English. The hotel is spacious and our room had access to a terrace. Location is ideal as it is close to restaurants and the train station. Restaurants and shops are all in walking distance. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we have had so far in Morocco! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family as a great choice!
