All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.I joined In The Soop package this time and the hotel gave many gifts for us.It’s amazing to visit BTS in the soop house. Breakfast is delicious and various. We also booked the BBQ dinner and enjoyed it. It’s my best memory in this Korea trip. I love Phoenix Pyeongchang Hotel sosososo much! Highly recommend.

Pyeongchang The White Hotel is located in Pyeongchang. Guest can skiing and the water park at Phoenix Pyeongchang Snow Park and Blue Canyon, only 1.3 km away from the hotel. Shuttle bus to Phoenix Snow Park is very convenient, every 30 minutes.

휘닉스 평창 리조트 is placed in the heart of Pyeongchang. Hours of activities can be enjoyed at the outdoor pool and games room. Free Wi-Fi access is available at all public areas. Room was lovely, directly at the bottom of the slope. We stayed in the sky standard room which was great and had an amazing view of the slopes too. Breakfast buffet was delicious too with lots of western options

The pension is a delightful European-style chalet in a beautiful valley of Korean mountains. The setting is remote and requires a taxi to get there but it is well worth the effort. The owners are very warm and welcoming and offer exceptional hospitality.

Objekat Mayfare Narsha Pyeongchang ima pogled na vrt, besplatan WiFi i besplatan privatni parking, a smešten je u gradu Pjongčang, na 46 km od znamenitosti Olimpijski stadion Pjongčang. Room had heater flooring and was very warm. Facilities are used but still overall in good condition. The owner was very helpful with organising skiing for us. For others interested - It was easy to get a taxi to the accommodation from Dunnae Station. Once we arrived at the accommodation the owner organised for pick up, drop off and hire of ski equipment, including ski passes. He also drove us to a neighbouring town we wanted to see and dropped us at the station when it was time for us to return to Seoul. He was cheaper then a taxi and was always available for us/easy to organise in advance if you needed to be driven somewhere. No headache with organising any of the skiing.

Really like the place. The host is very welcoming, friendly. I really like the vibe of this place. Will surely come again to this place when I visit Korea in future.

Cozy cottage on the hill. The landscape is just like a dream. The room has all private facilities, warm and isolated from the snow in the winter. Everything need for a family all in the room. The owner is very kind, careful and very informative about the town.
