All the staff are helpful for suggesting local eateries, booking of attractions and suggesting best routes to take. Room size was perfect and cleanliness was maintained throughout.

Everything in the room was super clean. There’s a self-service little tuck shop available in the lobby. The bed was super comfy with Netflix on TV after a long day of walking around Tokyo. I stayed on the ground floor and somehow there was absolutely no noise at night, and minimal sounds in the morning.

We used this cozy and friendly hotel twice during one travel. Cozy and convenient room with everything we needed, a good location with anything just around the corner, and a very kind and helpful hostess Ishikawa that helped us anytime.
