Everything about this hotel was a dream. Luxurious, calming oasis of comfort and peace in the city. Perfectly located to get around with ease, and with staff that couln't have been more helpful and friendly. You arrive to a complimentary matcha and the entrance alone is like stepping into a soothing spa. The incense and the beautiful fountain and rock gardens under a latticed roof really transitions you out of the hot busy city into a cocoon. Our room was generously sized with attention to detail in every design choice. I could have stayed here forever and will definitely be back. Book it, you won't regret it.

Well situated in the centre of Kyoto, Hotel Emion Kyoto offers buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. Very helpful and really really appreciated. I lost my water bottle, asked counter to help me contact the Bus where I lost it, and in the same day I got my bottle back. ❤️

The hotel is ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a full day of sightseeing. The atmosphere, the tatami floors, the onsen, complimentary snacks/drinks, the massage chairs etc., etc. all work together so that it is easy to feel rested and ready for the next day of activities. Convenient laundry facilities, never had to wait more than a few minutes until a washing machine was available. Good location close to the station.

We had made a mistake about sending our luggage on to our next location, they sorted everything out for us and were so kind and helpful!

The Thousand Kyoto features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto. I like the location next to Kyoto station. I liked how big and cleaned the hotel was, and the staff were very friendly. however, the in room dining menu was lacking

IMU HOTEL KYOTO is situated in Kyoto, 5-minute walk from Shijo-Karasuma Metro Station and Hankyu Karasuma Station. Everything was great! Room condition, free facilities was awesome, especially the hospitality was the best. Already planned to visit in upcoming summer. Can't wait for it!
