Professionalisme with a kind heart and very personal. Everybody, and I mean everybody, at the hotel was so helpful, serviceminded and eager to help and please. The beds were soft and comfy and the cleaning spotless.

Very clean, rooms seemed recently updated, reliable elevator. Staff were all very helpful and friendly- from front desk/reception to bellhop to breakfast staff- can’t speak highly enough of them. Breakfast was fantastic. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in- it felt feather topped! We would definitely stay again. We liked everything from the staff that was so nice and diligent, the hotel was very modern, we liked the beautifully decorated suite, we liked the location close to everything at foot or quick taxi drive, we liked the terrace in our room, we liked the vibe, we liked the restaurant and bar. The hotel services and facilities were top notch and beautifully designed. We liked a lot our stay in this hotel and have usually quite high expectations which were all met with this hotel.
