Professionalisme with a kind heart and very personal. Everybody, and I mean everybody, at the hotel was so helpful, serviceminded and eager to help and please. The beds were soft and comfy and the cleaning spotless.

Located in an elegant building, Hotel Barocco overlooks Piazza Barberini square and its iconic fountain, made by Rome’s baroque master, Bernini. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi and antique furnishings. Very clean, rooms seemed recently updated, reliable elevator. Staff were all very helpful and friendly- from front desk/reception to bellhop to breakfast staff- can’t speak highly enough of them. Breakfast was fantastic. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in- it felt feather topped! We would definitely stay again. It is well situated, cozy and in a quiet area, yet it is a walking distance from all the attractions and the busy area, rooms are of adequate size, tidy and clean, the staff are exceptionally friendly, from the front desk, the concierge and the room service, everybody is smiling, attentive and sincerely wanting to help, I remember Eleonara has helped me to change my ticket, followed up on me until the success of the transaction for two days while always smiling, always showing genuine interest on my issues. I was a bit skeptical upon arriving to the location of the hotel because it is fairly inconspicuous but once you enter the hotel it will quickly surprise you in a good way. It was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The location of the hotel is very good. He can reach everywhere by walking. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The concept was simple and stylish. Cabinets were sufficient.
