The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional. Loved the vibe of the place and public transport is close at hand or can walk to mom city centre in 20minutes. Breakfast was delicious too! Highly recommended.

The hotel offers free WiFi and 24 hour front desk. we liked everything about this property. we were greeted by Duccio, who was so honest & helpful with all aspects of our stay! the hotel is a 30 minute walk which was amazing, room was exactly as described with a beautiful terrace! Spa was more than we could have imagined, the pool massage completely rejuvenated us after a long day exploring Florence. we were recommended to eat at the JB Jazz Bistrot next to hotel , staff and food was outstanding as well as the live music!

In any case the accommodation is to the rear of the building on the ground floor. Excellent and frequent bus service minutes from the flat to reach the town centre and/or railway station in around 15/20 minutes. Everything you need is there. Friendly owner, who met us at the flat for keys and introduction, also left some coffee, tea, biscuits, jam and even Nutella for first breakfast. Some other basic groceries too! Endless opportunities for shopping nearby. We didn't have a car....

Located at only 50 meters from the beginning of the Unesco historical center and at the 3rd floor of an early 19th-century building, with a cargo-lift suitable only for luggages. Sergio really went out his way to show us the city and helped us book transfers. excellent service
