We loved everything about the hotel: staff, room, location (3 minutes from the dome!), breakfast (stunning!), common room (tea, coffee and juice). We had such a lovely time at the hotel.

The Brunelleschi Hotel is set in a restored Byzantine tower and Medieval Church overlooking Florence Cathedral. Its elegant rooms come with parquet floors and a 42-inch LCD TV. Location of the hotel was perfect. We could walk to all the attraction we needed. The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. The restaurant had delicious food.

Palazzo Niccolini al Duomo Residenza D'Epoca is right next to the Duomo Cathedral in Florence. It offers air-conditioned accommodation and a buffet breakfast. Very nice/friendly people and property.

Palazzo Vecchietti, a 16th-century building designed by Giambologna and owned by one of the most important families in medieval Florence now houses exclusive suites. It felt like we were staying in a home not a hotel but with all the services although there was no room service aside from a fabulous breakfast but we had a kitchen that we prepared our meals The location is the best right in the middle of florence two minutes from the duomo and luxury shopping boutiques at the door of the hotel

Offering panoramic views of Florence from the rooftop terrace, Hotel Villani is just a few steps from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. The hotel features a bar, and free WiFi in public areas. The view from the upstairs terrace is unmatched in this area. We went to the top of the Duomo and looking down you could see just how perfect this spot is. The staff is great. Especially the bartender upstairs. He is probably my favorite that I've come across my travels and he made my experience at the terrace that much better. The location is perfect, you can walk anywhere, this is the heart of Florence. Train station is 6min walk as well.
