I had a medical emergency, and they offered to take my spouse to the pharmacy. Neat, clean rooms. Service with a smile. Restaurant has a lovely menu with reasonable prices and tasty food. Location is excellent at the cusp of the main shopping areas and the beach, all within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Nothing to complain about. They even gave us a delayed check out without any extra charges. We thank each of the staff for making our experience so memorable.

Polite and helpful staff. The cherry on the cake was the Cosy Chambré bar on the floor below. Food was delicious and the DJ was amazing. We danced all night on my birthday till the bar closed.

Itsy By Treebo - Red Lotus Heritage Promenade Beach offers accommodation in Pondicherry, surrounded by the quaint charm of the old French Heritage Town. We stayed an extra night and were not only offered a fair rate we were also allowed to use the facilities into the evening while waited for our bus. The morning breakfasts that were included were also of a high standard and finally the staff went above and beyond to help us.
