Ottima struttura , accogliente , stanze grandi e spaziose, nuove e moderne, lontano dal caos della città. Colazione ottima , la migliore fatta in India , anche la cena era molto buona , tanto ci siamo fermati entrambe le sere . Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Struttura nuova, estremamente pulita e profumata sia negli ambienti comuni che nelle stanze, direi all’altezza degli standard europei ma con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalle varietà di scelte vegetariane e vegane (normalmente per chi non mangia carne come me non è facile mangiare all’estero, anche se sono consapevole che tale scelta risiede più nella localizzazione dell’hotel che in scelte di policy). Portate tutte deliziose e vasta scelta. Attento il personale, buona accoglienza.

Il proprietario Nikhil solare e disponibile, lo chef Jitendra ci ha preparato un ottimo pranzo il giorno della nostra partenza e il ragazzo alla reception molto attento e gentile Salman. La camera è fresca, il cortile all'interno ha un portico con dei ventilatori che guarda un giardinetto con dei cespugli e alberi. Questo spazio regala relax all'ombra nelle giornate di caldo torrido di Agra.

L'albergo è in una via laterale, quindi in posizione tranquilla e non rumorosa. La camera era bella e accogliente ed il prezzo era ottimo. Ma questo non è l'aspetto più bello dell'hotel. Questo è rappresentato dal direttore, un giovane ragazzo gentilissimo e premuroso. Tre ore dopo il check out, dopo la visita al Taj Mahal (eccezionale), sono tornato a ritirare i bagagli e mi ha concesso di usufruire del bagno di una camera. Successivamente, poiché avevo un problema con la prenotazione dell'albergo successivo, mi ha aiutato per ben 40 minuti a risolvere il mio problema. Io parlo l'inglese ad un livello che non mi avrebbe consentito di risolvere il problema, mentre lui lo parla alla perfezione. È stato veramente un bel gesto. Una persona speciale. Grazie davvero. Andate in questa struttura e non ve ne pentirete.

I assume the hotel was built recently. So the interior was still clean and tidy. But I mentioned below some parts that I observed that were not maintained well. And that if the management won't pay close attention to these details, and the staff doesn't work well, the hotel wouldn't look good in just a few months or a year. But, I do appreciate the staff that were so friendly and helpful. I just order the rest of my food from the hotel to keep safe from any food poison and I had no problem with food during a 1 week stay in Agra. The location is quiet and safe. There's a gym on the same street, just a few walk from the hotel, as well as 2 supermarkets located on the same building where the gym was. There's also ATM machine on the other side of the street as well. So location was really convenient for my stay. The rooftop will provide you a good view of sunrise early morning.
