The staff were all friendly and always greeted with a warm smile. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is delicious. Breakfast time is for 5 hours. From 5 am to 10 am. I requested that I prefer a upper floor room, and they changed it right away. I had to take a taxi to the airport because of flight time changing. and they arranged me a taxi with reasonable price. A great value hotel. Highly recommended.

The room and bedroom was very comfortable. All the staffs was very helpful and polite. We really enjoyed the facilities in this hotel, in the swimming pool area there is a bar with live music, which is a very good place to stay to have some drinks and relax.

Grand Zuri Malioboro offers modern comfort in the heart of Yogyakarta City, a 5-minute walk from Malioboro Street. Housing a restaurant, it presents an outdoor pool,and a gym. We got room upgrades from one of the lady at the front office, The staff were very kind and helpful, the restaurant staff were very friendly and professional, the manager were attentive and came to our table to ask the feedbacks, The staff at the pool very helpful to find my son’s toys which was drowned, one of the concierge “arjuna” was kind and very polite to assist us to drop to train station. We were amazed with all the services, we were family with 6 members,and they really took care of us, Definitely will come back.
