The location is great, a few minutes walk to the sea and to restaurants. Clean and affordable, we had everything we needed for a good night’s rest. When we arrived, the owner met us and knew/greeted me by name upon arrival. It was very nice and felt very personalized. The apartment was extremely clean and had wonderful touches to make it feel comfortable. They already had the pull-out couch made up as a bed for our child and they took the extra moment to leave additional linens out for us. The bathroom had additional vanity sets laid out for each of us and it felt like they took the time to know who we really were. The location was excellent. Located next to the castle Viturri and second line to the sea. There are 2 playgrounds very close for our toddler to play and multiple restaurants both fast food and sit down nearby for our enjoyment. We highly recommend staying here!

Excellent accommodations, everything was clean and comfortable with everything you may need. The location was perfect for visiting Kastela- just a short drive from the Split airport. We had a car, but we could walk to all the places we wanted to go. Ivan provided parking in his driveway, a real perk in this area. We had the second floor apartment, it was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a complete kitchen and big living room area with a large sofa. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and a big closet. From our balcony we looked over the pool (big and deep by Croatian standards). It was February so we of course couldn’t use it, but I imagine in the summer it would be an amazing place to hang out. The sea is just 2 minutes by foot (behind the pool), going from the house to the beach, you pass through Kaštel Lukisic’s sweet little park, so thoughtfully planned for both children and adults. There are a few grocery stores around, one just across the road. We go to Kastela often and will book Ivan’s place again!

Wonderful staff, clean and tidy apartments, goodies from the garden that the hosts allowed us to eat (tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, etc.). A wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. Quiet place

Located 400 metres from the beach, Marko Apartments is set 600 metres from the centre of Kaštela. We spent a lovely time at Marko apartments. The hosts were very nice, open and helpful. Apartment was exactly as described in offer - it was tiny but it fitted our needs. From apartment it was a short walk to the beach, approximately 5-10min. The main adventage was a pool which was available for all guests and it wasn’t crowded. It was a nice alternative to the beach and also attraction for the kids. Best regards & thank you

It takes 2 minutes to get to the nearest beach. Few others are 10-15 mins walk away. Good contact with host that was very helpful. Pretty big terrace with furnitures and swimming pool next to it. Free parking spot just next to apartment. A/C, WiFi, TV with Netflix.
