Tasteful design. Functioning bathroom fittings that totally live up to international standards, fridge and little tea/coffee maker, super mattresses. Eric and Eka do everything to make the guests’ lives good by offering practical help, very insightful information about the country, and not to forget a lovely breakfast. Finally, there’s the balcony overlooking the city, relaxing end of the day. He usually called a yandex cab to take us into town (5 Lari per ride), so the location on the mountain slope was not a problem but rather an asset. It’s an easy walk to the lower Funikulori (cablecar) station, and the restaurants around there.

The breakfast and restaurant offerings were nothing short of perfect, and we would enthusiastically recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Tbilisi. We simply couldn't have been happier with our experience here!

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at 3 rooms hotel during our visit to Tbilisi. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the hostess was very friendly, caring and helpful. The hotel's location made it easy for us to explore the city. Highly recommend for an enjoyable stay in Tbilisi!
