Featuring 3-star accommodation, Old Town Mtatsminda is located in Tbilisi City, 1.2 km from Freedom Square and 600 metres from Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre. I would go back any time to have breakfast at this place and see the faces of two lovely and friendly ladies who make the breakfast themselves and definitely make you feel at home. The staff overall was the best part of this hotel. Super friendly and helpful with good English. You don’t get the feel of staying at the hotel and it was more like staying with local people and experience the real Georgia. And the location was great as well. In a very lovely neighborhood to just walk around the hotel and explore the city, close to the freedom square and national museum and museum of fine arts and art galleries. 20 mins walk to Meidan Bazar and the Peace bridge and the cabin cars. The hotel was super clean and nicely decorated.

Shota Rustaveli Boutique Hotel is situated in the Mtatsminda district in central Tbilisi, 700 metres from Rustaveli Theatre and few steps from Rustaveli Avenue. Very good staff. Clean. And tasty breakfast.

Located in the Mtatsminda Mountain City Centre, this 24-hour reception hotel is air-conditioned and offers a sun terrace as well as rooms with a private bathroom. I was always told that it was "real estate" that you paid for in a hotel room. Well, this room was huge, the shower and toilet area was huge, it had a separate area to unpack and a large bedroom area. Room to unpack and store two bags is something that is missing in most hotels, even ones that are far more expensive than this one. Overall this all combined to be one of the most comfortable hotels we had ever been in. There was a great view out over Tbilisi from the large balcony. Breakfast was a fantastic spread. The staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Giga for the welcoming glass of Georgian wine and all the other help.

I was happy to stay in this hotel. It is small but cozy. All thoughtful and comfortable. The rooms are clean, with good furniture, comfy bed, there is a mini kitchen. In the bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel, quality towels and even a bathrobe. Very friendly staff. Excellent location: this is the center of the city, but not a noisy street.
