The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped and clean. We had a room with a view to the back of the hotel which was good because it was very quiet. The bed was big and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and the sauna. The breakfast was good, a nice selection of Georgian and international produce.

The time I spend here was just amazing. The location is great, you can get anywhere from there: by bus, by metro and obviously by taxi. The room is cozy, clean and has everything you need. Also, there is a nice kitchen, when you can make yourself some tea or coffee, warm you meal and so on. In my opinion, the gem of this hotel is a wonderful terrace. Grab the coffee, sit down and enjoy. But the best about this place is the personnel. I came to Tbilisi not in the best mood. Also, everything I wanted is to have somewhere to sleep and use my laptop to make some work. However, everything changed immediately. Everyone of the people working here was so nice to me! I had so many interesting conversations, received a lot of advice I needed and much more. I was treated as a true guest, not just a client. It felt like home. Sophia, thank you for such a warm welcome! Irma, great thanks for the comfort and coziness you're making for everyone! Stepan, thank you for the fascinating discussions! It was everything I needed - good price, really calm, quiet, comfortable and comfortable bed, clean, the owner Khatia was really helpful and friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I really liked the location too - a short walk to great parts of the city. The garden is really nice too. All in all I loved it here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The welcome was fantastic, from check-in to check-out. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and impressively professional. The a la carte breakfast, served in their restaurant, was superb. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast for me since I had to leave early. I can’t wait to come back!
