The room design is beautiful and contemporary yet classy with rich tones. The room service options were superb! The food was delivered in a timely manner, and displayed as if we were dining in a restaurant. The quality of the cocktails is top quality and inventive. The hotel’s location is also in walking distance to the Liverpool station, which is very convenient when exploring the city.

Boasting free bikes, a fitness centre as well as a bar, Canopy by Hilton London City is set in the centre of London, 700 metres from Sky Garden. I was staying in London for one night with a friend so we wanted a twin room where the beds were separated (as opposed to a super king split into two to make two singles with a tiny gap in between). It's hard to gauge on pictures these days with wide angle lenses being used for most promotional photography but the pictures of the Canopy rooms looked promising so I booked and we were not disappointed in the least. The twin room was very spacious, the beds were well apart and were almost double size each with the most luxurious bedding. The ceiling was high and the room very airy and the temperature was perfect during the day and throughout the night. The bathroom was also top notch with great toiletries and a proper hair dryer. The room also had an iron and ironing board. There was a fridge and a water carafe that we filled up with filtered drinking water in the hallway. There was also a Nespresso machine, as well as a kettle with all the bits for teas and coffees. I would 100% stay in this hotel again, in fact, I can't wait :-). As an added note, the location was perfect! Easy walk to the Tower of London and over the bridge to Borough Market and everything the area has to offer. 10/10.

On arrival the staff was super cooperative my room was upgraded .The room was super clean the toilet is perfect the towels are odorless unlike other hotels .The cleaning service is great ,daily cleaning.The room is spacious the kitchenette is good enough for 2.The location is 2 minutes walk from tower hill station,very close to london bridge.The maintenance staff very professional and very helpful.The curtain was broken and they fixed it in minutes.All in all the experience is amazing ill repeat it for sure .Thank you Tower suites .To be true i expected less.

The motel is round the corner from aldgate station on the city circle line, location is amazing to access other suburbs and landmarks. Close to amazing inner suburbs for drinks and food. Staff was kind and professional. Nice bar at the ground floor as well.
