Great staff, especially the lass who did the social on the night of 9 May. Told her our room was cold, she said she'd make it warm for us when we went back to the room, she didn't have to bit did so . Thank you!!! The social which included free drinks and nibbles was totally unexpected and fab. Great brekky too. Would recommend a stay here. Everything was clean and sparkling. Lovely water views too from our room Bed and pillows were soooo comfy.

The Future Inn Cardiff Bay is a modern hotel situated 400 metres away from the Wales Millennium Centre. The location was great and plenty of free parking. Room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful. We were able to use the laundry facilities with ease.

Great, spacious, clean apartment in good location. Nice, helpful host, easy communication. I let George know that our arrival time has changed and he was happy to meet us at the apartment early to give us the keys. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
