Every detail in the room was awesome, it was also super clean and the staff was always awesome and respectful, responding to my questions. The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere or take the tram to any popular attraction.

This elegant hotel is next to Helsinki Central Station, 5 minutes’ walk from the Esplanadi shopping streets. It offers a rooftop terrace, in-room flat-screen TVs, plus free sauna and WiFi access. Unbeatable location, just at the heart of the city. The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The staff was super friendly - Tanja, in particular, helped us a lot by quickly answering questions before and during our stay. The breakfast was nice as well, with lots of options to choose from.

The room was also beautifully design! Received complimentary cookie and candies, which was sweet. The location was perfect!!! right at the city center and the Fazer Cafe right opposite, good for tea time. We arrived quite early around 10am, the staff informed our room was ready and allowed us to check in straight away. The lockers to store luggages was located downstairs with our own compartment and keypad -- this makes it easier as we didnt have to bother the staff to get our luggage. Too bad we only stayed for 1 night. :( The bed, cosyness, warm inviting vibe makes it really hard to leave the next day! Some commented on the missing door to the shower area in the rooms. It was design intended to be that way, and i think it is a pretty neat design!
