Modern, very nice hotel. Single standard room was very comfortable and cozy. There is a great place in the hotel where you can get coffee, tea, some snacks or where you can eat. The location of this hotel is fantastic - 5 minutes walk from Principe Pio metro station, the Royal Palace and its gardens are practically right next to the hotel.

Great wardrobe space. Well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Air conditioning and heating worked perfectly. Quiet rooms, seemed to have excellent soundproofing. Easy access to several transport options. Hop on hop off bus stop just over the road. Main shopping street adjacent, lots of restaurants and attractions nearby.

Offering smart rooms with great views of Casa de Campo Park and Madrid’s Royal Palace, Hotel Acta Madfor is set on Paseo de la Florida, just a few metres from Príncipe Pío Metro Station. The balcony has very nice views and the rooms were sparkly clean. Staff are super helpful and friendly. And the location is very very convenient, right next to a metro station.

Excellent location! Short distance to the city center and nearby attractions. Room was very spacious and it was cleaned everyday!

Facing Madrid’s Royal Palace and the picturesque Sabatini Gardens, Principe Pío is located just off Madrid’s Plaza de España Square. It offers air-conditioned elegant rooms and free WiFi throughout. The staff is very polite, kind, and willing to help. They put maximum effort to respond to the visitors' needs in order to provide the best possible experience, all areas of the hotel are very clean and it is in the heart of Madrid. The employees at reception are always kind and available to help even if you have a difficulty that is not their responsibility (in my case I had a problem with luggage). I completely enjoyed the time spent at Principe Pio! Would highly recommend it!!!

Recently renovated, up-to-date, downtown hotel, well positioned and easily accessed in the midst of the fashionable Moncloa-Argüelles residential and business district of Madrid. It was a cool hotel with comfortable beds and excellent service

The Exe Zarzuela Park enjoys a peaceful setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens and only 6 km from Madrid city centre. The bus station is in front of the hotel :) Big windows at the room with a nice view. Lovely reception staff Amenities at the bathroom Everything was great. Thank you!
