Everything was amazing, high standard service. From the receptionist to the whole staff of the hotel, they were all doing amazing and have an excellent costumer service. The room was fabulous, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. It’s very safe inside there and I can guarantee that 100%, from what happened to me. On Wednesday 24/01 it was my first day in that hotel and I’m pretty sure now that it won’t be my last time. Next time we come Egypt we will for sure book with you! Thank you for everything! Great city and Nile views from large windows. The house staff downstairs is always helpful and welcoming. The host responds immediately if you have any requests. This is a five star property you hate to leave. Oh, don't forget to water the plants while you're there 🙂
