Staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the room I asked for which is fit for people with physical disabilities is extremely wheelchair friendly - the shower is super safe and convenient.

I recently stayed at ARABELLA RESIDENCE and had a generally very positive experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, always available to assist with any inquiries. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation after a day of exploring the area. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast options were limited. Overall, my stay was pleasant due to the excellent service and cleanliness.
