This quietly-located hotel is a 10-minute walk from Winterberg town centre and a 5-minute walk from Winterberg Bike Park, bobsleigh track, climbing centre and ski slopes. Perfect spot for a solo traveler who's looking for a quiet and friendly place. Not too central but then again depends on what you call central. especially in a place like Winterberg. Anyway, hopefully will go back there again and to stay exactly in this hotel. The whole experience was quite indescribable. Extra recommended if you know a few words of German yet still would like to feel welcomed:)

Dette 3-stjerners hotellet tilbyr komfortabelt innredede boenheter og avgiftsfri parkering i de vestlige bakkene av fjellet Herrloh, kun en 5-minutters spasertur fra Winterberg sentrum. arrived late but was welcomed with a lovely smile and a beer on order. receptionist was helpful and cheery. rooms and breakfast made the stay great and set me up for a lovely day at the bike park.

Ferienpark Winterberg is located in Winterberg in the North Rhine-Westphalia region, 600 meters from Bobbahn Winterberg and 1.8 km from Kahler Asten. 200 meters from Skiliftkarussell Winterberg. It was very nice bright rooms with a good size and it was more than we dared hope for. Just next to a ski rental and close to the skilift.

Enjoying a peaceful yet central location in Winterberg, just a 10-minute walk from the railway station, this family-run hotel awaits you with comfortable accommodation and free WiFi internet access. The hotel was located in a quiet suburb only a few minutes walk from the restaurants and bars in the town centre. The breakfast was simple but filling. There were beers and soft drinks available from a fridge. The swimming pool was large enough to do some exercise in and to cool down in after a hot day. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and helpful.
