Just a 5-minute drive from Juan Santamaria International Airport, the City Express San José Aeropuerto offers free private parking and a gym. The functional modern rooms include free Wi-Fi. Spotlessly clean in all areas. Twin double beds. Locally there are two shopping centres with wide range of eateries. Breakfast was good - buffet style Costa Rican. The staff were helpful with trying to call other locations where we may have left something. Great transit hotel

I had a great time at the nearby restaurants and bars, within walking distance to the hotel. The staff is so nice and helpful and it's such a pretty property not far from the airport. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My room this time had a full, private door on the bathroom.

On the outskirts of San José, just a 10 minutes' drive from Juan Santamaria International Airport, Wyndham San Jose Herradura offers 3 outdoor pools and a casino. I had a short overnight but really enjoyed the stay. It is a hotel from old days when furniture was made out of wood. Loved the comfortable beds, loved the huge space in the room + bathroom, loved the wooden smell. Slept like a baby
