Hotel Claro de Luna is set in Monteverde, Costa Rica, 3.6 km from Monteverde Cloud Forest Biological Reserve. We booked last minute due to an issue at another hotel. They were very accomodating, the reception was very warming and friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean, large and the location was perfect for our needs. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The morning breakfast was superb. We recommend this without hesitation and would stay there again.

Amazing view and even better service.. the front office team were so helpful, went above and beyond to book tours and helped me extensively with lost bags. The beds are super comfortable and the quality of the accommodation and amenities are far above the price point- the body wash/shampoo provided was amazing. Great breakfast and overall fantastic experience! Short walk into town and would very highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel with big, clean and cozy rooms, close to the center. Beautiful surroundings. The staff was very helpul and welcoming and helped organizing tours. Dennis and co at the restaurant were really nice and the food was very good. Had a lovely time!

The room was quite small, but we had a huge terrace with roof that made up for the missing space inside. Beds are absolutely comfortable and everything was very clean. The view from our terrace and the privacy were rewarding. Slightly outside the centre, but everything is very close and easy to reach. A supermarket is close by.
