The breakfast was super good - totally recommend!

This hotel is a relaxing haven in the middle of the chaos and the noise of Cartagena. The room was very comfortable with a view on the inside pool. The staff is extremely friendly, especially Kailo who took care of us at the restaurant. The restaurant and bars offer a good variety of food and cocktails are acceptable prices. We enjoyed especially the pool while temperature in Cartagena was 35 degrees and humid.

Thanks to Gabriela for the warm welcome and for all the recommendations in Cartagena. The whole staff (Kathy and Fanny) was very nice, welcoming and always available. There is a 24h service. The hotel is well located in the Getsemani area, close to everything and still quiet enough to enjoy some relaxing time. The pool is very much welcome given the hot temperatures. The room is very clean with great local products. The breakfast is the best breakfast we've had (pancakes de Avena are just a killer!). We definitely recommend Casa Jaguar.

We just stayed for 1 night, because we had to catch a flight the next day. The receptionist Jessica was very kind and helped us with all of our questions. We could still use the pool en facilities after checking out at 12.00 hrs. Breakfast was very good, good coffee. They also speak English. The room smelled amazing and the hotel is very stylish.

This boutique hotel is situated in the Getsemani neighbourhood of Cartagena de Indias. It has a rooftop terrace with a hot tub, and offers air-conditioned guestrooms with free WiFi. First of all, we loved the location and structure. It is so calm an beautiful. At the same time very very clean. The people who work here were amazing! So nice and they treated us like family, so we came back 3 times on our vacation in Colombia. We can really highly recommend it :)

All facilities are modern, nice and clean, the whole pool area is just great to hang out. Breakfast fast delicious, too. And above all, the staff is more than friendly and approachable, and legitimately eager to make you feel home.

Beautiful room and the bed was really comfortable. I loved the terrace where we had breakfast. The staff were lovely. Wifi was strong enough for work and the location was great - easy to walk to some of the notable parts of the old town.

My friend and I stayed in this lovely hotel whilst staying in Cartagena. Loved the location in the heart of the town and had a modern and chic vibe. Our room was light, airy and spacious. Great air con system. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Late checkout 1pm! Very comfy beds.

The hotel has a good location, although the very street where it sits can look a little sketchy at night. We never had a problem though and it didn't feel unsafe. The check in was smooth and they even stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. The breakfast was really good and the people were really nice.
