The staff is extremely friendly, especially Kailo who took care of us at the restaurant. The restaurant and bars offer a good variety of food and cocktails are acceptable prices. We enjoyed especially the pool while temperature in Cartagena was 35 degrees and humid.

We could still use the pool en facilities after checking out at 12.00 hrs. Breakfast was very good, good coffee. They also speak English. The room smelled amazing and the hotel is very stylish.

The decor was super beautiful and it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel has a good location, although the very street where it sits can look a little sketchy at night. We never had a problem though and it didn't feel unsafe. The check in was smooth and they even stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. The breakfast was really good and the people were really nice.
