The breakfast was super good - totally recommend!

By far the best service we got in Colombia. Thanks to Gabriela for the warm welcome and for all the recommendations in Cartagena. The whole staff (Kathy and Fanny) was very nice, welcoming and always available. There is a 24h service. The hotel is well located in the Getsemani area, close to everything and still quiet enough to enjoy some relaxing time. The pool is very much welcome given the hot temperatures. The room is very clean with great local products. The breakfast is the best breakfast we've had (pancakes de Avena are just a killer!). We definitely recommend Casa Jaguar.

First of all, we loved the location and structure. It is so calm an beautiful. At the same time very very clean. The people who work here were amazing! So nice and they treated us like family, so we came back 3 times on our vacation in Colombia. We can really highly recommend it :)

All facilities are modern, nice and clean, the whole pool area is just great to hang out. Breakfast fast delicious, too. And above all, the staff is more than friendly and approachable, and legitimately eager to make you feel home.

Beautiful room and the bed was really comfortable. I loved the terrace where we had breakfast. The staff were lovely. Wifi was strong enough for work and the location was great - easy to walk to some of the notable parts of the old town.

Featuring a terrace, Akel House Hotel is located in Cartagena de Indias in the Bolivar region, 1.2 km from Marbella Beach and 2.1 km from Bocagrande Beach. My friend and I stayed in this lovely hotel whilst staying in Cartagena. Loved the location in the heart of the town and had a modern and chic vibe. Our room was light, airy and spacious. Great air con system. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Late checkout 1pm! Very comfy beds.
