This hotel effortlessly combines a great location with impeccable charm, cleanliness, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere.

The hotel has a great location, you can walk from there to the city centre and everything you need. View from the rooftop is very nice. The room was quite quiet and very clean. Smart room was a little bit hard to handle, but once we figured it out it worked quite well. Breakfast was exceptional and felt very exquisite. Staff was very friendly. Also the small pool is very nice, overall an exceptional hotel where you feel very at home and cosy.

We stayed in the suite with 2 rooms and a library which was fabulous with a balcony. The rooftop pool was small but perfect for cooling off in the hot afternoon. We had it to ourselves. The staff were amazing.

Casa La Cartujita is a fantastic resort that I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Cartagena. It is in an excellent location - a quieter spot in the city and the facilities, staff and comfort here were excellent. Whilst I was travelling with friends, I stayed alone in this resort and I couldn't have felt safer. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was some of the best food I've had in Colombia and the room/bed was beautiful and very comfortable. The rooftop jacuzzi was also a highlight!

Friendly staff, very clean, extreme eye for detail… also towards the guests. The level of service is high, you really feel that you are in a high end hotel.
