Such a gem in the trendy Lastarria district, set in a quiet location close to the Parque Forestal, yet walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars, the historical part of the city, Bellavista and Providencia. The breakfast was perfect and plentiful with more than just bread and mermelade and included eggs, cheese, fruit, yogurt and cereal. The staff are very professional and eager to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Absolutely loved it.

All the staff was superb, they speak English fluently and are very friendly and do their best to accommodate w/e you want. The room is big, with a good table to work on and a nice comfortable chair to sit in, you can work just fine if you need. On the right side of the work table, there was another chair, a comfy one, probably for reading and/or just relaxing. Another great thing is the smell of the entire hotel/room, it's extremely clean and has a smell that relaxes you.

Ideally located in the centre of Santiago, Hotel HW EXPRESS is within 600 metres of Santa Lucia Hill and 800 metres of Museum of Pre-Columbian Art. Brand new, sparkling clean hotel with the best staff! They went above & beyond for us during our stay, highly recommend :)
