Staff were happy, attentive and always wanting to make your stay enjoyable. The entrance lounge is beautifully decorated, comfortable and styled well, with 24 hrs hot coffee/hot chocolate/cold drink self serve with something to eat with it.

We had a very comfortable and clean family studio, beautifully designed. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were great. Location was very appropriate for our family.
