I recently stayed at this Vienna hotel with my mother and was exceptionally pleased with the wonderful hospitality. The kind attention we received made our stay truly enjoyable. In particular, we must highlight the exceptional service from the lovely receptionist Niku. Her friendly and welcoming nature really set the tone for our time there. Niku was highly attentive - always promptly answering any questions we had and ensuring our comfort needs were met with a smile. Her sweet sincerity embodied the caring ethos of the hotel. Beyond the fantastic staff, the facilities themselves exceeded expectations. The location allowed easy access to transport links when sightseeing. Yet it maintained a quiet coziness that ensured restful nights. Our room also impressed with ample space and pleasing decor. We always returned to a spotless, tidy room warmed to a toastiness combating winter chill. When visiting Vienna, comfort and hospitality go hand-in-hand with experiencing the magic of the city. This wonderful hotel delivered on both fronts through convenience of locality, conscientious service, and cozy but spacious rooms. We highly recommend for any travelers seeking accommodation that feels like a home away from home.

Situé à côté de l'église votive et d'un petit parc, cet hôtel 4 étoiles historique est un établissement à la gestion familiale depuis plus d'un siècle. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and tram and is situated next to Votivkirche church, which rivals the well-known St. Stefan Church in grandeur and beauty. If you are lucky enough, you may get a room with a view of the church from two windows. The room is clean and beautifully decorated. the breakfast is exceptional, offering a variety of options suitable for strict dietary needs. There is a coffee machine in the room that is free to use (at least it was free in May 2023). If I ever come to Vienna again, I will definitely stay in the same hotel.
