Just an amazing retreat. Wonderful location, easy to self cater in well equipped wonderful communal rooms. Lilly who welcomed us was great and super helpful. Watching a Croc and Hippo drinking sundowners on the deck, then seeing a Giraffe on the track made life long memories.

A wonderful location with very friendly staff, providing everything you need and more. We loved the warm welcome, the great view over Olifant river from the restaurant and our Rhino Tent. We felt pampered by the good care that was taken of us and loved the game drives.

Incredible stay at Naledi! We were speechless at the views, hospitality and food. We spent 4 days and 3 nights and wished we’d stayed more. Everything about this place is 5 ⭐️. The game drives were incredible with Erick and Kel. They went to every effort to show us the best and guide us along the way. The service and views in the lodge were unbelievable. Really everything: the setting, set-up of the lodge (small, well-maintained gardens), personnel in the lodge and on Game Drives. Comfortable in all aspects. Relatively east access from the gate.
Three Bridges B&B is situated on the banks of the Olifants River, next to the historical Olifants River Railway Bridge. Occasional game viewing is possible from the terrace and pool.
Situated in the Balule Nature Reserve, Muweti Bush Lodge offers the opportunity for wildlife encounters at its waterhole, where elephants and other game come to drink.

Prior to our 2 nights here, we were at a riverside safari lodge which was also a bit more upmarket. Muweti was a different experience ; higher and drier country, real bush camp feel, although certainly not roughing it! All inclusive of 2 daily game drives and 3 generous meals. Hardus & Neil remained very focused, responsible and engaged during all the game drives, not just in finding game but also in passing on their knowledge, and were also very attentive at meal times. Excellent Land Rover safari vehicle, with roll bars and canvas weather shading. Pool and deck area, continuous with semi open eating area and boma - was a very pleasant space to spend time in. This outdoor living area looked absolutely lovely at night, lit up by solar & kero glass lamps etc. Very comfortable tents with huge bed, best mosquito net we've ever used, and featuring a lot of local character. Not super luxe, if that's what you are looking for, but pitched at (our idea of) an appropriate level for a bush safari camp feeling.
