The village is a nature-lovers haven. It's breathtaking. The unit was just fine with enough light and windows to see springbok, impala, zebras, wildebeest and monkeys roaming about. A great experience

The house is modern and beautiful.
I’m not sure if they don’t offer body soap as we didn’t have in the bathroom.
It would be perfect if the bedrooms can have a chair or a couche otherwise the house has everything

Excellent little Spar
Ate at 2 restaurants - Amazing River view and Giraffe. Both Very good. The views at the river one are lovely.
Loved the animals roaming around.
The dirt roads could do with a bit of grading.
But apart from that, would definitely stay here again.

Close to crocodile bridge.
Close to crocodile bridge. Malelane is only half an hour away. Komatipoort is small and does not have many storey, so get your groceries from malelane before you get to Marloth .
They were opening a small spar there before we left marloth.

Lovely to stay amongst the animals and to enjoy nature.
Lovely to stay amongst the animals and to enjoy nature. However, for more that 30 years, nothing has been done to improve roads. The roads really are in very poor condition. For example, if they have paved 50 meters of road every month, then after 30 years they would have covered 18 Km!
Shops and restaurants are good and are still improving.
Security is very good.
Beautiful landscaping, extremely comfortable lodge. Nicolette and Matthew have put thought and love into so many small details that make their place charming, romantic, and perfect. The breakfast and dinners were all well presented, abundant and delicious. Nicolette also introduced us to a fantastic game drive guide, Christelle.
We would not hesitate to send any of our friends and family here! We researched so many place in and around Marloth Park. If you’re looking at this property, book it! You won’t regret it.
The hosts Linique&Pierre were fantastic in this stunning place ! Pierre took us on an interesting bush walk in Marloth Park where many harmless animals ( bucks, giraffes, warthogs etc) roam freely. so while enjoying a drink by the pool Antilopes pass by . Incredible! From the terrace upstairs we‘ve had a fantastic view over the river . Linique really made us feel at home and pampered us . Organized the game drive to Kruger , bicycles. we so much enjoyed our stay that we extended our stay for 1 day !
Great location and spectacular experience! Our huge THANK YOU to Leon and Donovan! Very attentive and friendly owners! They made our stay unforgettable! Helped us a lot with lots of information on the unique Marloth Park and Kruger. We really enjoyed homemade delicious breakfasts and dinners lovingly prepared by the owners. It is amazing, that the whole family prepare meals for the guests according to family recipes. In sunny hot days we also enjoyed the pool!
Studio had solar panels, so we did not notice any load shedding.
We saw zebras, wildebeests, springbok and kudu in one evening, while seated in the patio.
Great to be able to pick up keys from security to access the studio at any time.
Very comfortable studio - modern, bright and spacious for 2 people.
Marietta and Barry are wonderful hosts! They were communicative and provided lots of great info.
Proximity of Marloth Park to the Kruger Crocodile Gate.
This lodge is located right on the edge of the crocodile river that borders the Kruger National Park. The views are amazing and the wildlife that roam free on the grounds is out of this world. Kudu, Impala, warthogs, monkeys to name a few will all pass by for a visit. The sound of the fish eagle is breathtaking. At night you will enjoy the sounds of hippos, lion and hyena. Truly majestic. This lodge is not a big lodge so you feel spoilt and taken care of.
Beautiful and comfortable, this propery is one of the best places I have ever stayed in Marloth Park. Fully equipped, very comfortable beds, quality furniture and finishings and all the comforts of home. Situated in one of the nicest parts of Marloth Park, nice and private with a nice view of the bush, and many animal and bird visitors. The bathroom is beautiful and spacious. Bedrooms and kitchen have generous cupboard space. Will certainly be back 🙂
It is a very beautiful guesthouse and well situated. Elijah, the care-taker/manager/concierge/gardener, was very friendly, kind and helpful when we arrived and all throughout our stay. We were very impressed with the facility when we arrived. The beds were beautiful and comfortable. Marloth Park, the wild-life estate that this establishment is situated in, is wonderful.
Excellent value for money. The unit is clean, comfortable and very secure. The Crocodile River is close - within comfortable walking distance. There are frequent 'visitors' (zebra, kudu, warthog, impala) especially in the morning. Overall I would highly recommend the property especially if you book both the house and studio.
I liked everything about the place, this was was my best stay ever in Marloth Park. The house was amazing, the host was very responsive and helpful, clean place, it has all that we needed for our stay...truly exceeded our expectations. We found a home away from home and we will definitely go again 👏
The most amazing stay we have had in Marloth Park. The lodge is beautiful, comfy and was the best place to relax after a a day in the Kruger. The manager Brenda is extremely helpful and efficient .We will recommend this beautiful place to everyone and hope to return soon .
Location to Marloth Park gate was great as we leave early for the park and this saved us time in the mornings.
The house was clean and had everything we needed.
We enjoyed the braai area and braai pit.
Still the perfect place on the perfect location in Marloth Park.
Very well equipped and staff on-site is excellent. View directly on the Crocodile River. Ample room for 10 people.
Place is clean and you have to remember it is in the bush environment its not going to be a Santon hotel. So if you are a clean freak then maybe the bush is not for you.
Staff, esp. the manager Elijah, is exceptional and made us feel at ease. The place is within Marloth Park with free roaming wildlife, and next to Kruger.
