Susie and her husband were the perfect hosts at Beachcombers. The apartment was spacious and had everything you could ask for. We wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable and the extra touches that went into making our stay perfect were well appreciated!

The place was so close to the beach which is what I love, to be as close to the sea as possible. The Lighthouse was also a walk away and it was so easy going up the 71 steps to the top to enjoy the beautiful view.
It was just unfortunate that we had bad weather and was not able to do all the things we planned to do. Theres a Parkrun every Saturday.

Beautiful little town, the weather was unfortunately cold and rainy but we still walked around and visited the Southern most tip of Africa. I see there is many tidal pools. Lovely restaurants with good food. The city was very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Good shop and even a pick N pay liquor store. We will be back in summer

We went primarily to meet a friend.
We went primarily to meet a friend. Apart from being the most southerly point in Africa, it doesn’t have much to recommend it compared to many other places. There are nice beaches and rocky shores and a small harbour, but many of those elsewhere. The lighthouse is worth a visit - but major construction taking place when we were there so no car park etc.. There are quite a few dirt roads in the area which, apart from offering a rough ride, make the car very dirty. The main access road is fine however.

Our trip was fantastic.
Our trip was fantastic. The welcome were received was very warm and the accommodation spacious and with a great outlook. Throughout our stay we felt very comfortable and our hosts gave us some great information about both dining and visiting.
It was perfect for my needs, with little extras from my hosts to make my stay easy and relaxing.
I was on my own after a long Vespa ride and just needed a hot shower and to relax and it met those needs and more. Although it was advertised as self catering, my hosts had provided a little milk, butter, jam, some bread and muesli, tea and coffee, even eggs and juice. That was much more than expected.
Hosts were really friendly. The house location is just minutes from the lighthouse and town restaurants in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The washer worked really well. The room was clean and comfortable with great touches. The host notified me of when loadshedding would be and left a charged light, in case I needed it. WiFi worked well enough to do video calls for work.
Superb hosts, couldn't have done more to make us comfortable. We were invited to a braai on the night we arrived which was excellent, and breakfast the following morning was also great. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the accommodation was in a nice location, overlooking the sea and a short drive to the few attractions around the Agulhas area.
The location is brilliant - just a short walk to the pools on the beach and you can easily stroll down to the most southerly point in Africa too. There is a lovely cafe just over the road, a minimart nearby and 3 good restaurants too. The rooms are lovely and we got a great night's sleep. Highly Recommended
I enjoyed my short stay at Spookdraai B&B, the breakfast was great and the place was quite easy to locate, close to Agulhas and Struisbaai center. Marshall is a great host and chef, he was very kind, engaging, knows his stuff and enjoys his work which makes it pleasant to interact with him.
No breakfast option available, location is good, but limited sea view, close to lighthouse and southern point.
Struisbaai are close for swimming & vibe at the harbor is lekker. Interesting area to explore like Arniston eating
at Willeens in Kassiesbaai. Walking trails next to the beach
Nice basic hotel within easy walking distance to the lighthouse and restaurants. Great for motorcyclists as you can park up for the night and then walk everywhere. No breakfast, but there is a nice restaurant right next to the lighthouse that serves good inexpencive breakfasts.
Agulhas has is a very nice and relaxing place to visit. You do feel like you are at the end of the continent. John and Suzie are very welcoming, and we did buy a couple of books at the unique second hand bookstore. Good restaurants in town, 10 minutes walk.
The location is perfect! Overlooking the ocean and close to restaurants, Agulhus National Park and the harbor.
The hosts - Sheryl and Allan - will make you feel like their personal guests and provide you with anything you need to make your stay the best!
The location is central and has amazing views. The host is gracious and added many personalised touches to make us feel at home. Went the extra mile to provide welcoming treats, and amenities beyond the required for a self catering accommodation.
The view was terrific. Not particularly fancy but comfy and anything you could need was provided. The owners provided some great travel tips and we enjoyed a nice walk along the shore to the lighthouse.
Excellent location right by the lighthouse.
Bathroom is very modern and neat.
Self catering facilities are excellent.
Cycling on nearby Struisbaai beach during low tide was a highlight
We spend a wonderful weekend, the location is just perfect, quiet, peaceful with a beautiful view on the sea and the lighthouse, lovely apartment, the host was so welcoming and helpful.
Hosts were fantastic. When we left, they felt like family!! Breakfast was lovely.
Overall we had a great time and would recommend Agulhas Ocean House any day!!!
