The location was super convenient; it is located just off the expressway.
We made use of the bar in the evening for a couple games of pool. It was pretty quiet inside as we were there during the week.

The Sheridan inn called an hour before check in to say the were overbooked and could not accommodate my stay. Booking.com then gave us another option: zion inn and suites. It was horrible. They were remodeling, everything. No amenities at all. Staff is unfriendly to say the least. We enjoyed a lot of time in Racine area before this. JEN G'S PIZZA & PUB: loved them. Bartender was the best, food was great and you got plenty. That place saved the day for us.

I came here with my family to stay for two nights.
I came here with my family to stay for two nights. We have been told to make a resavation to use the swimming pool. And we reserved the time at 8.00pm on 07/28. We went to sightseeing ane came to the hotel early to go to the pool by our reserved time. But when we got there, there were like almost 10 people in the pool and we didnt want to go in. When we asked the receptionist she told us that they allow more people to go in the pool at a time. My question is that if anyone can go in any time why they hold the reservations. It doesnt make any sense. Also there are a 4 people in my family. On the first date there were only 3 towels in the room and we asked for another one. And we have recived another towel without any issue. But today again when they changed our beddings and the twoels they didn't put the 4th towel. And we had to call them again and ask
for another one. The same lady who was talking about the pool was saying that they can only give three towels per room and they don't have ay towels left in a rude manner which also didn't make sense lime how you don't have a single towel to give to your guest in a hotel. That is so disappointing. Overall we are not satisfied with the service at all. I do not recommend this hotel for anybody.

Didn't spend much time in Zion but the hotel is very convenient if visiting someone in Waukegan and a much nicer hotel than those 1 or 2 star hotels that cost only slightly less than this one.
Zion is easy to navigate. Can take Sheridan Road due south to get to Waukegan or Great Lakes Naval Training Center.
In the summer, visit Illinois Beach State Park.

My boss booked me here to meet with another physician and this was close to the location
There wasn’t a maintenance person or manager at the hotel for the 2 days we were there and the staff wasn’t much help some were rude
I travel for business and pleasure . I have been on 4 continents and never did I have a need to know a hotel or resort manager's name until I stayed here
The Inn On Sheridan was soo nice! The receptionist in the evening and in the afternoon were so kind. The Hotel itself was just so beautiful on the downtown main strip. And they had the best little sweets downstairs in the lobby!
The room was very clean, stocked with essentials, and of course comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!
We loved this hotel. It is beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. It is a bargain for the price. The restaurant on site was very good and the woman behind the bar was so friendly and made us feel like regular customers.
Staff was super friendly and check in was easy. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself was super cute. We had a good stay. They also had bakery and coffee items for purchase that looked really good.
Really nice hotel for a great price. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they make very good (complimentary) coffee. The attached bar is convenient for that night cap we were looking for. Overall the hotel is a top value.
The location is great -- just a couple miles from Lake Michigan access. The hotel has a little more personality than generic hotel chains. It's simple but it was quiet and comfortable.
property is super clean and looks like a nicer hotel. there’s many be a little too much stuff in the lobby being sold, very cluttered. everything is for Saul
