I thought I booked a hotel with a full size refrigerator because that is what it said in the advertisement. I was carrying medicines that needed to be placed in a freezer. This was not available even though I but it in my reservation! Had to move to a Marriott!

Location was fine staff was very friendly. However, the rooms are very old doors. Don’t stay open and the breakfast was not good at all cold probably eggs, Reesie, sausage and stale, danish and pastries.

This hotel was perfect, and so wonderfully affordable.
This hotel was perfect, and so wonderfully affordable. The pool area was closed, but I didn't need that. The gym area was fine, but I didn't need to use it. Our room was wonderfully spacious, it was like a suite. We had a sitting room and a bedroom. The shower had the soaps and shampoos in pumps which I love. Our bed was very comfy. There was complimentary coffee and a fine complimentary breakfast before we checked out. The parking was very convenient. The desk in our room even had a notepad, as I like to leave a little note for the cleaning staff. I was so wonderfully surprised that people gave it a 2-star rating, ridiculous. It was located very close to an historical landmark I wanted to see, so that was perfect. And it was right off the major highway so it was easy to get to and leave from. Great stay!

Nice commercial businesses and restaurants all around, but...
Nice commercial businesses and restaurants all around, but don't fool with the Hollywood Casino too much. Their slots are set to slaughter the sheep instead of just shearing them a little. I would understand if they had tables too, but for a slot-only casino that's pretty rotten.

Room was beautiful and clean.
Room was beautiful and clean. They need to invest in deep pocket sheets that stay on the bed. We had to keep getting out of bed to put the sheets back on. Ended up half the night sleeping on the bare mattress.

room was very clean and comfortable.
room was very clean and comfortable. First night staff was very nice...only thing that took me by surprise was people standing in the entrance way smoking and drinking beers...i don't smoke so I didn't like having to walk through a cloud of smoke...i would suggest moving the smoking area...

Youngstown has been underrated for years.
Youngstown has been underrated for years. As my home town, I treasure it when I go back there. The hotel was just as nice as any in the bigger cities I had traveled to in the past. Since we came for an unfortunate reason (funeral of my brother-in-law), we did not take pictures at the Fairfield Inn. Maybe next time....
The hotel was run down and completely disgusting. There were bullet holes in several of the windows and the curtains were ripped and some of the blinds were broken and cracked. The hotel was in a terrible unsafe location and we canceled our reservations with the front desk clerk who was rude and assured us we would not be charged for our room. The hotel was completely unacceptable and should not be on booking.com. It is the worst property I have ever seen.
Let's start with there was never anyone at the front desk except the day Corporate showed up and there were three folks behind the desk. We had to leave towels in the hall as well as our trash as there was no housekeeping service. The driveway in was full of pot holes over 18" wide and 8-10"s deep. The young man that checked me in was very friendly and the two ladies on night duty were the friendliest of everyone. I was not impressed with your hotel.
The whole hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful breakfast, lots of item choices and everything that was suppose to be hot was. This was way, way more than the typical continental breakfast. Breakfast area attendants/servers were constantly bringing item refills, cleaning, straightening up and asking the quests if they needed any help.
I thought I booked a hotel with a full size refrigerator because that is what it said in the advertisement. I was carrying medicines that needed to be placed in a freezer. This was not available even though I but it in my reservation! Had to move to a Marriott!
The fact we were able to check in late after the Gary Levox concert. We also really enjoyed the hot tub that was in the room. We loved how the room was located right next to an entrance to the hotel.
The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable with great pillows. The hallways were quiet although there were many guests in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The receptionist at check in was great, she even found my rewards without my asking, very professional, the room was very clean, the hotel was clean and welcoming
I liked nothing about this hotel. Our room was dirty. We felt so uncomfortable just walking into the room we didn’t even end up staying. Left after 15 minutes.
Loved the size of the suite and all the rooms had plenty of space. The hotel has updated some features, wood flooring, great shower, modern color scheme.
