The location was convenient, easy to get in and out. The room was very clean. The jacuzzi was nice, as was the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. The lady who checked us in was friendly and answered any questions we had.

Very nice family place or couples.. Celebrating my 50th birthday... Haven't been to Pigeon Forge in 20 years!! Never disappoints... Rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable we loved the tub in room... Food and the Island was exceptional... Staff was wonderful and the spa was absolutely impressive.. We will go back and take our Grandson
