I felt very comfortable and safe as I was traveling by myself. The outside lighting at night was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I like the toiletry choice as I use Dove products at home. Everything was very clean and everyone was welcoming. Noise level was, well nice and quiet. Breakfast was good and social hour was kind of nice too. I will be back for sure. Oh decor was neutral. No dark or drab colors and everything seemed to be thought out nicely. Fitness center looked well equipped, the laundry room was clean, conference rooms were spacious. Check in out was easy and staff was always helpful.

Pretty town with more going on than we expected. Lovely historic homes with azaleas everywhere! Great retail stores and some unexpectedly excellent restaurants (Javi's, Villagio del Vino). Getting around is very easy in a car (and Uber is available when you're tired of walking!). Found great live music at Rick's on the Square.

Tyler seems to be the place you go if you have a reason to go there: family perhaps, a funeral or a wedding. I can't say there is any redeeming reason to make Tyler a stop. I did though have a really nice steak dinner in a restaurant that was like going back in time. Sorry though I do not recall the name. If you do have to stay the night somewhere in the area Tyler wouldn't be your worst choice.

The town is fine. Its the hotel that sucks beyond words.
The town is fine. Its the hotel that sucks beyond words. Still no reply on my $100 deposit that isn't mentioned on Booking for a $70 room with old food in mini fridge and cobwebs in the room not to mention the bathroom with a toothbrush sticking out of the noisy ass almost falling down light fixture. I posted pictures but they may have been left. I wouldn't stay there ever again if that was the only place left in town.
What a shame for this town.

Tyler is a wonderful place, that is growing growing constantly. If you can afford it there are many mid to high-end motels and hotels in Tyler. Do not pick this location unless it's your only option financially.

First time being there was pretty cool. I came for football playoffs so I didn’t have much time to explore. But a few of the people that came with us, did have great things to see about local restaurants and etc.

Dangerous town especially north Tyler went there once for a baby shower and came back home the same day. Someone literally got shot in the next room at the hotel i was staying at because apparently that area has a reputation for crime. Never ever again will i go back
The person who greeted us and checked us in at the desk was delightful. We were so pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the room was (traveling with my 76 yo mother who has limited mobility so that is really saying something!). We were able to get a room v close to the elevator (crucial for my momma!) The workout facilities were ace (lots of machines to choose from, bathroom right there, well ventilated). AND the location put us near every dang thing we could have wanted in Tyler!
The friendly staff! Jessica is amazing very friendly and helpful when I say that if you are in need of a place to stay and be surrounded by helpful and friendly staff please come to this hotel!!!! Because hands down the whole staff will attend to your every need and will treat you like family! Jessica should be over training because her customers service is amazing and she is a great asset to this company!!!!!
This is the hotel of choice when we are visiting family in the Tyler area. We have been staying here for years. The staff is always very welcoming. Areas of the facility are beginning to show some age, but we always see some upgrade every time we stay. We understand you can’t do everything at once. For the foreseeable future, this will continue to be our choice.
The property appears to have people living there as we saw bbq pits and folks just hanging out as they lived there not raging there. I am a female traveling with me 80 years old mother and we just did not feel safe. We ended up checking out before even staying and went to a near by town 20 minutes away as there were no other rooms in Tyler.
It was incredibly clean and well stocked. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that offered to bring you any toiletry items you may have forgotten, including a RAZOR, complimentary! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast each morning was delicious.
Breakfast was good. The lady that serves breakfast was really nice and very helpful. The location was good. The hotel seemed to be only a few minutes from everything we wanted to do. The location or our room was excellent! Very convenient for taking the dogs outside.
We booked the king suite and it was very delightful. The bed was big and comfortable. The sofa was a nice addition where we could socialize. The bathroom was also spatious. When we requested cleaning, the staff arranged my make up. Everybody was very nice.
The location is wonderful, close to so many places in Tyler, shops, mall, restaurants, hospitals etc…
The indoor pool is amazing, you are able to access it with your room key, and you can use it no matter the weather.
Staff was attentive and helpful
Excellent customer service and the hotel staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was clean. We were allowed early check-in which came in handy since we live 4 hours away. This will be our go to hotel when visiting Tyler.
That was one of the problems. There was no breakfast. I asked for a king room with double bed. There was no such room. My room they gave me did not lock. My husband went out and just opened the door up when he came back in with no key.
Front desk was amazing, very accommodating. The first room was completely nasty. Not clean at all. Dirty towels, unmade bed, dirty cups on dresser, trash un-emptied. Overall trashed.
Check in was smooth, room spacious, floor quiet (no doors slamming) and price was excellent. Breakfast was good (no butter though). Thanks for a nice stay!
