Very clean, comfy bed and powerful hot shower. There was a microwave and fridge in the room and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only minor comments are there was some road noise but it didn't bother me and although the aircon warmed up the room well it was quite noisy.

Excellent breakfast and very accommodating staff. Lovely location and room as well. We were pleasantly surprised since we expected a very run of the mill motel. We would return when we have time to enjoy the lovely location on the water.

Ogunquit is either a tourist trap cleverly disguised as a town or vice versa. I grew up near there and still haven't figured it out after 60 years. The Marginal Way is a very scenic walk. We often drive up from Central Massachusetts with the sole purpose of strolling it and sitting on the rocks. Seldom stay the night. Hannaford's up the road in Wells is a good place to shop for food if you prefer to not blow all your dough in restaurants. Still over-priced for a grocery store, though, but has decent selections. In the summer, the traffic is ridiculous in the center of town. There is a 6-way intersection where there should be either a traffic circle, a police officer, traffic lights - or even all three. It backs up for a mile or more in either direction and parking can be limited, so be aware if you are a new visitor.

This town is my most favorite place to go.
This town is my most favorite place to go. It is best just off season to avoid the crowds. Beautiful beach and Perkins Cove is quaint. Lots of quality restaurants. Shopping outlets are just a few miles down the road. The local play house also has quality performances.

Great location. Close to (walking distance) beach and town.
Great location. Close to (walking distance) beach and town. Rooms outdated but very clean. Staff from the front desk to those who clean very friendly and quick to respond to your requests. Indoor pool a plus on rainy days. Would recommend.
The location is perfect and can't be beaten. The trolly stop is right in front of the motel and it will take you everywhere in Ogunquit. Beaches restaurants and Perkins Cove. The shortcut to the beach is in front as well. You can park and never move your car. A very short downhill walk to the beach from Main Street. As close as you can get without staying on the beach that may only have 4 hotels on it and if you stay on the beach you will be walking up to Main Street and Shore Dr most of the time.
The outside of the building is Art Deco in style and very pretty. Nice lounge sitting area for everyone to enjoy, there is a pool and outside area but it was Autumn so we do not use this area. The town of Ogunquit is very pretty and lovely to walk around. Gorgeous coffee shop/bakery in the town about 600yards walk. Beautiful beach amazing sunrise in the morning. There are several interesting stores and some eatery's. Our bedroom was spacious and clean, nicely decorated.
Excellent location with easy walk to beach. Beach is great for walking in either direction. Hotel suites are great value in off season with several nice restaurants nearby. Rachel Carson forest preserve is nearby for hiking. "Marginal Way" is also great for a walk along a rocky shoreline in the south side of Ogunquit. We enjoyed delicious seafood at Billy's Chowder House and overall enjoyed Inn Seasons Resort.
Stayed in the main building King room, which we have stayed in many times. The rooms are each unique and offer amenities for our stay. We love the quaint nature of this New England boutique hotel.
You have continued to make updates to the info for guests which is wonderful. Check-in, text updates, property services via a link on my phone and easy checkout. Great steps for me ! Thanks !
Charles and David were simply great hosts! The room was clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious. There are also awesome restaurants in the area (The Maine Catch!).
Good spot to explore southern Maine. Ogunquit itself is small town which many shops and restaurants which can be reached by foot.
We visitied at the end of season, hence it was less crowded then normal.
The location is perfect- right off of Shore Road where there are shops and restaurants, and just across from Ogunquit Beach (the beach path is also right next to the hotel which is very convenient). The front lawn is lovely for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoying the view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony to our room had a view of the water.
the 2 King rooms in the Beach Street building all have massage chair in the room, as well as a fantastic view of the beach from the balcony! there was a restaurant called Splash on the beach that serves both breakfast and dinner, and the Ogunquit Beach House restaurant just underneath the Beach Street building serves both lunch and dinner. we barely had to leave the beach!!
L'accueil ! Samantha & Lily were adorables and made our journey so shiny with their smile and kindness. The apple cider was so good. Thank you both.
The place: perfectly located for visiting Ogunquit. Easy to find and parking. And the halloween décoration is amazing
The room: clean and big enough for a family like ours.
It was perfect
Room was located close to the nice view of the water. Not far from Ogunquit Beach. Very spacious clean room with kitchen are with stovetop. Room looked freshly renovated with everything looking brand new. Very nice staff. The lady remembered me after 3 years, when I first stayed at this motel.
Gorgeous location right on the ocean, along the famous Marginal Way on the Maine coast. The room was clean, though nothing extra special. The bed was a bit hard and bathroom a bit small. Overall a great stay for the price to location.
