The rooms were nice- clean and the car close to my door- quiet but I also traveled off-season. Close to places to explore and enjoy the long walking path near the property. Happy to be pet friendly.

Great location with easy access to hiking trails and close to the beach to watch the sunset. My room which was situated at the back was large, clean, comfortable and had a relaxing private deck. The motel and grounds are well maintained and the staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. An assortment of delicious muffins baked by the host are provided every morning.

The motel was renovated [but not throughout and partially with cheap materials (f.e. flooring) - it did not meet our expectation], room was spacy, convenient car parking infront of the room entrance, a good location to explore lower Cape Cod

Awesome breakfast and super quite rooms close to the forest with birds singing in the morning. Very clean and well maintained rooms. The owners are very friendly and made our stay even better by providing tips and advise on things to do and visit.
