Awesome amenities for the price. Definitely sustainable.
I liked it and many choices for restaurants. The one I didn't care for was Zoups because my soup ended up being spicy after I had asked about it. So my sister traded her gf soup for mine. We at at Longhorn Steakhouse; Bob Evans and Big Boys (since I hadn't been to one in yrs because the one near me in VA closed a long time ago). Was able to go to a local park - Side Cut Park - and watch the eclipse and loved it and the park and was surprised by how large it really was.

The staff was nice, and that's it I will never stay here again, the room floors are dirty the room and hallways smell really bad, we had to switch rooms from the one that was originally booked because it was dirty and smelled really bad the only thing that looked clean and neat was the beds nothing else had been touched/cleaned in that room the walls are horribly dirty I wouldn't recommend no one to stay here longer than one night.

We loved the location as it was far enough off the highway that there wasn't the highway noise. There were a good selection of restaurants to choose from, we choose Cracker Barrel this night. Even had a self service car was close by.

I was in the Maumee area for a family related event in downtown Toledo so I was only in the area to attend the event. I've been to the Toledo/Maumee area before so I'm just a bit familiar with the location. Other than attending the event, I'd not go out of my way to to visit however, I am an antiquer & there is a huge antique mall in Maumee that I make a point to visit. Both Toledo & Maumee have some quaint areas & I've located many interesting eateries & small unique restaurants. If you're traveling along I-80, Maumee is an easy on/off point with tons of fast food joints & strip malls.

Driving from Virginia to Wisconsin, this was halfway and we just spent the night. Good place for that. Saw nothing that would make me want to stay more. La Fiesta, the Mexican place down the street was exceptional. Quick, large portions, and unexpectedly good TexMex for Ohio (I'm from Texas so have high standards)

This hotel is so dirty!!!! Check your beds for bed bugs too.
This hotel is so dirty!!!! Check your beds for bed bugs too. They don’t have breakfast like they claim!!!!! Everyone that works there is 1,000% RUDE. Read too the reviews you will be so sicken over it!!!!!!!
Breakfast was horrible. I picked this hotel because it came with “breakfast “. Something happened and the food choices were not good. Cold stone eggs and cold stone turkey sausage patty’s because the hot container was not on. No juice-couldn’t get the machine to work. No milk-was leaking out the spout. No waffles…not sure why? No utensils in anything that was put out! My daughter had a cold plain tortilla and a hard boiled egg. I had coffee and at least a bagel. HORRIBLE
The hotel itself is very large, and the rooms were very spacious. This hotel is dog friendly and has many spots outside for dogs. The best part was how clean our room was. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and the staff was very friendly. We arrived late and not many restaurants were open but it was right next to a Kroger and a Meijer's. The room had so much storage as well as a mini fridge and microwave and coffee pot. The bathroom was clean and had lots of counter space.
Hotel renovation was excellent. Room was perfect. Looked completely new. Hallways, lobby area, breakfast area all looked excellent. Hot breakfast was very good, also. Nice staff members who were very helpful (Bea). Tables and chairs in front porch area great for us cigar smokets.
The bed was SUPER comfortable! They were very accommodating. The hotel was easy to navigate through, you didn't feel like you were going to get lost on your way back to your room. We had a small problem when we first entered our room, they made it right immediately.
The breakfast was not really a "breakfast"...just coffee, oatmeal...no eggs, gravy, sausages, pancakes, waffles , fresh fruit, etc. The eating area vey small and not very comfortable. Sorry, this is the only thing with didn't like!!
Fantastic location. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Easy drive off of two interstates. Neighborhood felt safe and had a suburban feel. Would recommend it to anyone needing a hotel near Toledo.
Hotel conveniently located, but hard to find due to sign being low on ground and not lighted during night time. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room size was good and the kitchen amenities are great.
Staff were very happy and helpful, clearly taking pride in their work. The hotel has seen recent investment and everything was in good order, neat and clean where it hasn't been replaced already.
The rooms always smell nice they're always done up good the hotel guest receptionist and the owner are very very open-minded very understanding and polite and very very fast at their job
