They tried to get me to pay twice for whatever reason even though I booked online and paid a month earlier. Didn't get room service any of the two days I was there but I don't like ppl in my room anyways so it worked out. Other than that they let me check in early and the place was satisfactory as far as cleanliness and safety. Good stay overall as my main concerns were met: clean, safe and no bugs.
