The night shift girl was GREAT! Very helpful and sweet! The location was perfect for our trip to Dollywood. It was fairly clean.

Very nice family place or couples.. Celebrating my 50th birthday... Haven't been to Pigeon Forge in 20 years!! Never disappoints... Rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable we loved the tub in room... Food and the Island was exceptional... Staff was wonderful and the spa was absolutely impressive.. We will go back and take our Grandson
