Absolutely nothing. The manager at the front desk was completely rude and harassed me multiple times said some very disgusting, disrespectful and offensive things and then at the end said he was going to charge me an incident fee of 200 dollars. I was just trying to stay there so I didn’t have to drive my husband home 2 hours at 3 am.

Had a horrible experience because the snow storm came in fast and hard! Waze took us down a back road to find a crappy hotel called the Mountain View inn- we couldn’t make it up one of the hills in the snow so we had to call for police help. The officer was very helpful and followed me and my son to make sure we got back to a main road once we got turned around.

I dislike Greensburg.
I dislike Greensburg. If I didn't have business to attend to there I wouldn't bother going. I am native to the area and glad I moved away. I pity anyone who is stuck there and can't move away. Taxes too high. Wages too low. Bad politics. State is controlled by Pittsburgh and Philly, and both cities are trash.

The mountain views and country drives are beautiful. People are very friendly. The Westmoreland Mall is exceptional and Ligonier, which is nearby, has a lot of history and cute shops. Would highly recommend Idlewild Park also. It's a great water and amusement park for families.

Greensburg is a surprisingly larger town than we expected.
Greensburg is a surprisingly larger town than we expected. The locals are friendly and down to earth. It has all the regular options of a larger city for restaurants and general shopping, but there are great local eateries as well. There's fun things to do close by in neighboring Latrobe. The Arnold Palmer golf course, if you can, wonderful Mister Rogers and St. Vincent College Campus, plus various attractions and oddities along the Lincoln Highway (Hwy 30). You'll enjoy driving through neighborhoods as many keep their homes very attractive, there's lots to enjoy just seeing how these nestled towns live!
Very clean. The room, the bathroom, linens, the furniture . ... Everything was spotless. There was no carpet which is a plus for me. .The. coffee area and ice machine downstairs were kept very clean. The floor plan was good. The king bed with night stand on both sides was comfortable. Nice lighting for working at the desk.
. Staff pleasant. More assets than I've listed but it's easier to remember the negatives than positives. At this price I would return for short stays if the odor problem is resolved.
Breakfast not available. Maid service not available. Staff very arrogant. Have stayed at this hotel many times. Will not stay again. Learned that a lesser hotel, the Holiday Inn down the street served breakfast and provided maid service. We were not advised of no normal service until check in. Since it was a holiday weekend it was too late to find another hotel. If no service was available, that should have been stipulated at time of booking.
Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast staff struggled to refill and have items available. Everyday had to ask for cups, napkins, plates, and coffee. There were two younger males that stood in the kitchen area talking and eating and clearly not keeping the food/supplies maintained. I witnessed other individuals asking for other items too.
I have 3 dogs and there is no additional pet fee. I stay here often because I can travel with my dogs. There is an outdoor potty area on the 3rd floor and so I don't have to go all the way downstairs with the dogs at night. The rooms are large and clean and they have microwaves and momi-fridges.
The room was very clean, and I enjoyed the free wifi and television. I did not spend a lot of time in the hotel room, but I enjoyed my stay. I did not try the breakfast because I slept in during my stay, but it's nice that a complimentary breakfast is offered.
The breakfast was by far the best I've had in American motel/hotels. Beds were comfortable, rooms were large and well furnished and the bathroom was particularly big. Even my parked car had a great view :) of the mountains.
Great hotel for dogs. I was traveling to attend a dog show. The first floor room was close to the front door and the potty area was large with plenty of light. Staff were courteous and everything worked in the room.
Staff was excellent - top rating for the staff. Very helpful and nice. Location is very good - easy to walk to breakfast, dinner locations nearby and shops. Garden area in back of hotel pretty and relaxing.
The breakfast was in a nice location in the hotel and the food variety was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.
All of the staff members were wonderful and the pool was really nice. The beds were very comfortable and the room came with a pull out couch and a little area to sit which was a nice surprise.
Clean hotel, good location. Very spacious room. Breakfast was good. They have a fenced in area for dogs so they have room to run without being leashes. Staff super friendly.
