Pin code didn't work, and after 15 hours of driving, we were stranded with all hotels around booked. I called multiple times while not being able to get in. It's now the next day, and still no response, yet they still took another $300 deposit for a room we couldn't even use, plus the $200. Room was very clean it also smelled of disinfectant which helped ease our fear with Co-vid. We still had wipes, sprays ourselves for Tv control, phones, tables etc...
