Helpful staff, food was not mentioned but they hand out a small bag to carry when you leave with small treats. Drinks are there as well, no shorts. Bed was good. TIP: There are lose devices with usb ports (charging) available inside the room to just use a cable to charge your cellphone or any device. (TV, Lamp standard, and an alarm clock with usb ports).
