Nothing was inferior. Its not a high class B&b, but for a chain hotel it is very good. For as crowded as it was it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Definetly would reccomend.

We always love the proximity of the hotel being close by the places that we need to get to. The staff is always friendly and mostly helpful, although slow to respond during the night shift when you need any additional items.

I loved that it was right next door to the DCU Center. We also enjoyed the Pizzaria Uno that was attached. Parking was convenient, but be aware there it's an extra $12.00. The room was comfortable. The elevators were very fast. The hotel was sold out but there was plenty of staff and everyone was pleasant.
The hotel is located in central Massachusetts in a quiet rural setting off Route 146.

This was most likely the worst property and hotel/motel experience I have ever had. I would actually love to have the $121.47 payment made refunded since I actually had to sleep in my vehicle for the night.
There were two active police cars patrolling all night, people in the hallways clearly having smoked dope, Noise from the room upstairs from 6 PM to the next morning -- hence the reason to move to my truck and sleep there.
And then -- dogs barking, car alarms going off... and did I mention the two active police cars constantly patrollling the property all night since I saw them when I got in and out of my truck repeatedly all night.
This is horrible to the point I plan to write the corporate office. Should be closed
It was a great place to stay for our short time! Warm friendly greetings by staff, and a text too, asking if we needed anything!
The beds were super and we fell asleep quickly after a long day of driving!

The only thing we liked was the Outback Steakhouse was right...
The only thing we liked was the Outback Steakhouse was right beside the inn the things we didn’t like was the noise from the traffic and the mattress and pillows were awful we didn’t sleep well at all We will not ever stay there again and I will not recommend it to anyone 😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Also for what we got the price was awful also
I liked that there was continental breakfast. It was a good variety of different options, so I didn't feel like I was eating the same thing all the time. The room did have a mini fridge and microwave which was nice to have. Also, Doris was very accommodating always willing to help in and way she could. Her attitude towards wanting feedback about our time at the hotel or even expressing urgency towards making sure our stay was going well was a very nice feeling.
I spoke with hotel personnel twice prior to our stay with questions and the people I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Front desk person was very polite and professional. Hotel was recently renovated. Room was clean and neat. Housekeeping staff and staff at breakfast area were all friendly.
The breakfast..definitely not a breakfast.
It was at the front desk, in a brown paper bag, and there were only three left .In the grab and go breakfast was an apple, a small Quaker granola bar, and a very tiny small coffee cake.
I will never stay at this hotel again.
I was extremely annoyed at the fact that there was no breakfast included! Usually hotels have eggs, bagels, waffles etc. Your hotel didn’t even serve cereal! Don’t advertise breakfast if it won’t be available! There was juice, not breakfast.
The location was close enough to Holy Cross to make it convenient for us when we drop our daughter off for college. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean and attractive. We preferred to the other hotels in Worcester.
I need my money back $337.11, we could not stay there, as the room was moldy smelly unlivable, they could not give us another room available. I had to book another hotel for the same night.
Nothing was inferior. Its not a high class B&b, but for a chain hotel it is very good. For as crowded as it was it was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Definetly would reccomend.
The staff were all lovely! The rooms were fairly clean, and the internet connection was decent. Checking in and out was fairly easy as well, and the hotel offered free breakfast.
The breakfast had a lot of variety and tasty healthy choices. The hotel was close to our venue and to other businesses such as a restaurant and grocery store that we needed.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is great and the whole hotel is value for money with a great location into town and nearby mall and restaurants.
